Authentic Jamaican Veggie and/or Beef Patties, Jerkfruit Tacos (Jackfruit marinated in jerk, pineapple pico de gallo with sweet chili aioli), Coconut Curry Ceviche and Coconut Biscuit with Mango Hibiscus Jam.
The Annual Closing Dinner features live performances, speakers, and a preview from 3 talented private chefs showcasing cultural cuisines. This event takes place on September 25 from 6pm - 10pm.
